to create awareness on social problems. So we ventured with a wall
magazine in 1983, at Hatibagan, in
The venture, within a
few years, blossomed into a non-formal evening school for the under
privileged students ranging from class I to X. Finally, we started
organizing an annual science fair. The fair comprised various burning
issues concerning use and abuse of the fruits of science, contributions of
the freedom fighters, social deprivation, and the evils of
superstitions.
